Is a foursome group sex?

If two couples get together and have sex in the same room is that considered group sex? Or does group sex require more than just four people?

I would think the people would need to swap partners again at some point - otherwise its just 2 couples having sex at the same time!

In our experience it's not the number of couples it's what they do!

Scenario 1:

Two couples meet together, swap and have sex in the same room as two 'swapped' couples'. Thats not groups sex by our definition but it may be by others

Scenario 2: Two couples meet, have sex together in the same room all - sometimes they all touch each other together, sometimes two girls, sometimes an MMF 3 sum or an FFM 3sum - the situtaion is fluid and keeps changing but whatever happens it al feels natural and everyone becomes completely lost in it. Now *that* we would call group sex.

It also can happen as a 3sum or a 5some 6some or more-some. In our experience it's not the numbers that matter it's the chemistry.
