FabSwingers.com forum: All important first message

Having been on fab for a long time, in fact longer than I realised, I have tried many different first messages. From the simple hello to the long 'everything you ever want to know about me and I've been sure to answer every request in your profile'. And I've had lots of feedback.... Some good, some bad some weird and some just funny. So the question is what should that first message be? I was thinking about it and if I was meeting someone face to face I would say hello, maybe tell them my name, say where I was from or why I was here....... So isn't that the ideal for fab? With a face pic?

I really should read other posts on the forum and be more specific. So the above isn't about what to write. I can manage that. I was just asking or pointing out (very badly now I've read it again) that in real life you would say hello and start up a conversation but on here that doesn't seem to be the way of the world..... And I understand the reasons.... Its just strange lol
