The first one is incredibly poor quality and badly lit.

In the second one the insanely bright light over your shoulder is very distracting.

(and tbh they look like photos of two different people)

Good quality photography is all about lighting.

Yeah. Does look like two different people. First one is not good. You look friendly enough though
