Its very easy you can get home enema kits from sex sites, or just a douche, its easy to do.

Go on eBay and get one they are about six quid like a bulb thing with a bit u stick up your bum

Easy to do and recommended before anal !

I use the shower, just remove the spray head, make sure you take the washer off ! get water flow cool/ warm first, stand in bath or shower, insert shower hose and enjoy, when you feel full, squat and flush, a couple of times is best, you can buy an attachment for shower hose, but im guessing you don't have that long to wait for the post!

Because of this thread I ended up trying douching for the first time with the shower hose method

The feeling was nice although I think I let too much go in, I was pushing water out of me for the next 10-15 minutes lol

Also...what came out wasn't too great haha. It's actually made me rethink ever trying anal sex with someone if the same would happen with them lol. Still, good to experiment
