genuine verification / seen on cam

Reading

been on and off site for a while, different profiles, know to be uphill struggle, male and my age . now use one chat room normally to chat and send mail. just before christmas noticed a couple viewing my cam a few times,not just look and leave, face on cam omly. said hello in chat ,no reply I mailed them. they replied and we mailed many times. saw they had 2 verifications of social meets. no play. then they said , they would not meet until, I could prove genuine with verification. no messages since. puzzeled as they had seen me on cam, and people in chat messaging me. any thoughts

They probably think the same way that we do and don't see the value of a cam veri particularly for a single man...after all what do they actually prove? That you're a guy with a web cam...

Meet veris while no guarantee that you'll turn up do at least show that you do actually meet and aren't just a cammer...

Yeah I agree, veri by cam is useless. It's all well and good sitting in your own home with a cam but that doesn't mean you actually, got ready, went out, and were sociable or anything else.

Everyone and his dog can sit at home and go online, swinging is so much more than that. But we wouldn't have watched you cam anyways as porn sites are widespread and free.

think you both missed the point, they were referring to the fact, that as I was not verified, by cam or meet in any way, they would not arranged to see me for social first. yet had seen me on cam.

Think your point was unclear...you said they wouldn't meet you because you're unverified...now your point us clearer they probably just didn't want to meet you...it happens...

They simply decided they didn't want to meet you and used this as an excuse to "walk away"

If they have seen you on can they know you look like you say you look and are as genuine as someone can be so saying they would not meet without a 3rd person they know from Adam penning a few words about you is just avoidance on their part. I would be polite but no more and concentrate your efforts on people who are genuinely interested in you.
