hi can any one tell me why i cant chat on the new chat ,no prob on the old have i got to down load something ,thanks for your help dave x

could be ur version of java, everything should download automaticaly though so...............

Assumption, your on a PC and using windows XP or Vista or 7

Go to the adobe site and get the latest version of flash.

If your still stuck, say what the actual problem is, crashes when loading, loads, but none in chat, loads but no cam, etc etc

hi guys thanks for your help .on the new chat i can see cams play cams ,read what people say .and even write some thing but cant send it .ps no send button to send any ideas on that thanks dave
