If it's a case of be all and end all or indeed all bell-end and be done with it. Then yes. The correct dosage is of paramount importance to effect the required (bell) end result.

oh yes, if I take a dose of 8.5mg of oramorph, rather than the prescribed 10mg, it doesn't seem to work as well, so it matters to me
