Hi, obviously in the swingers lifestyle we are meeting people who have had sex with many others before, so I was just wondering how you can REALLY protect yourself and others from any STDS or other viruses???? x

It's like everything you take your chance, you can do the best you can to keep yourself safe, same as crossing the road.

We always use condoms for intercourse and have regular check ups, other than that we have accepted the risks

The only safe sex is no sex...

We have regular check ups and always use protection for sex with others, not sure there's much else we can do ?
