Are they so different? Both should ideally be long, athletic and muscular, if by 'gym body' you mean with extra muscle definition however...then I still couldn't pick a favourite, it would be like asking if I prefer ice cream or chocolate x

Pole dancers. That's core body strength & is far more appealing. Swimmers, dancers, climbers etc all naturally fit.
