I think it's the frenulum, the bit that helps keep the glans (helmet) covered by the foreskin. It sounds pretty painful. Imagine snapping the little elastic bit underneath your tongue.

this true, i did it in my teens and had 2 Stitches as it wss badly torn and wouldnt stop bleeding. Trying to hide the fact that possibly i had slaughtered something was somewhat embarrassing.
