Iif so how do you view a cam and use you I pad as a cam ?

Afraid you cannot as iPads do not support adobe flash which is what the chat rooms use

You can download the puffin browser app that does let you see others webcams in a fashion , but you still will not be able to use you webcam

You can't use a tablet pc for chat rooms because of the following:

You need one hand to hold it, you need one hand to control it and a one hand to .... And you only have two hands (or at least I guess you do)
