What do people prefer?

I personally hate hold-ups-the should be called 'roll-downs' in my opinion. I can't get them to stay put and hates the feeling of the rubbery-sticky top.

Do like wearing stockings though-makes me feel very sexy.

hi i like stay-ups but i do agree they can roll down but it does depend on the size and where you sit them on the thigh i used to hate stockings because a suspender belt made my stomach look huge but noe love them with my corsets xxx

hold ups for me. mainly cos im only short and stockings and suspenders just don't seem to sit right on me, not matter how i adjust them, they're always too long.

know what you mean about the sticky top of hold ups tho. the ann summer fish net ones are brill and make your legs look fab. i was once put a hold up on inside out and by the time i got to the bus-stop, i had one round my ankle! sexy - not!!!

i too prefer hold ups, find them much sexier than stockings, particularly lacy topped ones. I also have a problem with getting stocking that fit right.

if you look bad in one you'll look bad in in the other. The only difference is the the suspender belt (looks wise )for looks stockings for ease hold ups. stockngs win for me

It depends where you buy them from. The best ones are fron Ann Summers or Wilko's own. Both will stay up even when you are having sex.

Large women don’t look good in suspender belts if it disappears between rolls of flesh. Hold ups leave read marks on the tops of thighs too but in general hold-ups can look better.

best hold ups iv found have been either tesco or primark due to bein a wee bit tall they fit great and being a chunky bird, the tops dont rub so perfect!

ann summers lace top stockings on me seem to just go past the knee the legs too short for me!!

even with suspender belt i prefer hold up more secure and dont end up with the nora batty look lol xx

i love hold up, they stay up if they a good fit, i find they only tend to roll if the a little tight round the thighs

Dont like stockings as i dont like suspender

and i hate tights with a passion lol

Both as i hate tights. Yes i understand your point about the rubber, if they are too tight, they actually have blistered by thighs but i would still rather have that than all the tightness round my waist of tights. Stockings are okay but i only really wear them if i am meeting someone or going to a club

Ditto!LOL Tried them a few weeks ago for a meet. Ended up taking the damn things off in the end in the car on the way there. The roll down effect. Had the same problem with my comfy knickers when I was pregnant!!!

Lace topped. Cuban heeled. Seams. Fishnet. Silk. Lace. Sheer. Opaque.

And proper suspenders with at least six straps and metal fasteners

Although not the best thing to wear going through airport security. ESP if no knickers on

prefer lovely soft stockings withs suspender but some of the suspenders these days are hard to do up.

I have very long legs and they are quite athletic too so hold ups are often a problem. The best hold ups I have had have been from Primark and Anne Summers, not too tight but stay in place.

Spraying hairspray around the top of your thighs sounds really appealing, not only is it highly flammable but getting a mouthful of the stuff would be enough to stop any meet in its tracks

Would love different colours but as im long in the leg, its difficult and usually buy from M&S or BHS, would worry about the Ann Summers ones fitting me as they have red fishnets that i want for next weekend

I choose which to wear once I know what I am wearing. My corsets I often wear dont have stocking fittings so wear them with hold ups but as wearing a different outfit this eve am wearing stockings for a change.

Have no massive preference as feel damn sexy wearing a corset so once I put on the hold ups feel massively sexy x

forget that rubber topped gear! obviously its nice but to make a real mans heart jump like a mexican bean nothing......repeat NOTHING looks better than old school style stockings and suspenders.

all straps and lace......oooooftt it sets off my trouser tightening mechanism like nothing else, and im a boob man!

i dont think im alone and belive me im more than grateful for any sexual activity, but i really have had sex with women i wouldnt normally fancy, just cuz i loved her lingerie

Loving the 6 strap suspender belt, more people should wear them! As for the rest stocking defo, I love the view of a nice arse bent over in front of me and the suspender straps pulling tight over it. There's nothing better to look at! But holdups can still be worn with a suspender belt that solves the lace top problem and the rolling down problem in one! Try ann summers, M&S and BHS, there is also loads of websites that sell very sexy stocking and 6 belt suspender belts too

Personally I prefer hold-ups because they are easier to wear and some sussy belts are just so fiddly if your in a rush. However I can see the appeal of belts........especially when worn with ff stockings and I have both 6 and 8 clup belts and cinchers
