I personally think its down to individual techniques and the woman involved.

I have to have sex for a good five or ten minutes first before really deep penetration otherwise it would hurt.

I have no idea

I think it may have something to with the position of the whomb I remember something about discovering i had this when i was preganant it caused problem decided how far along i was. Not sure if that has a bearing on why pain or not
