If your nervous for a meet that you have planned, what do you do to calm your nerves?

Do you have the same kind of nerves for each meet or do your nerves change depending on your meet?

I can't say I get nerves, unless it manifests itself in checking my hair and make up a lot whilst driving over. I also like to have Wings by Little Mix playing just before I pull up and have a singalong to that. Perhaps having a routine like this negates nerves?

For us, nerves change depending on the meet. If its a social, I'm not usually nervous at all as whatever happens will happen but if its for playing, I'm usually far more nervous! We don't have anything specific to calm the nerves, that only happens when we've turned up and relaxed a bit with the other couple/s.

I remember before our first one though, neither of could hardly breathe for nerves for about half an hour beforehand!

Try to focus on something else until nearly meet time .

Nerves are good , an integral part of the buzz , but over analysis and too much thinking about what may go wrong are destructive .

Silly. Just wondered if anyone has aby pre meet rituals to deal with their nerves.

For me, regardless of whether social or otherwise has to be shaving my hair and doing my tache up nicely lol

And of course wear something that makes me feel good and comfortable.

I get nervous every time don't know why but I like it the expectation the not knowing what's going to happen adds to the fun

get incredibly nervous

wil they like us

will we like them

what will we talk about

is hair/makeup right

will they turn up

and so on...

she has a couple of Baileys or bacardi's

i focus on how sexy she looks and remind myself im going to be banging her later, no matter how the meet goes

I try to tell myself that the nerves are excitement and try to go with it.

I always get nerves bf a meet, it adds to the excitement. I just usually listen to fun, loud music on the way & have a drink when I get there.
