Simple answer - there is no answer on 'knows how to use it'.

As others have said everyone's different and it depends who you're with and how they react.

'Knows how to use it' maybe more to do with how your partner reacts to you and whether you respond to those reactions but its definitely more than just sticking it in, jiggling & boob play
