I constantly see updates about 300 messages in one night, even when their profiles have no pictures on!

Whats the most you've had/get... ??

I don't and never have had 100s a day but I think it depends on how you run your profile and how open it is as to how many messages you get

Filters and blocks are great things

if I go in chat room and put my web cam on I can easily get 100+ in a very short space of time, if i'm just on the forums I don't get that many 40/50 maybe, I don't believe anyone with no pics gets 300+

I've received 5 new ones in last half hour, new as in from people I've never had contact with before.

Yesterday I got one or two, I find it depends on time of day and days of the week to how many you get.

I have logged off before as got bombarded and couldn't be bothered with them

It depends if I have a meet up, if I'm on cam etc I can get 80+ but on a quiet day it's about 20. I'm rubbish at replying to people and once had 2000 in my inbox over a few months...

It depends on what we are doing, we have a very very heavily restricted profile (filters) and when Mrs Cherry puts a new pic up or goes on cam can easily be 40-50 messages same if we have a meet up.

If we have nothing new on the profile and nothing going on its probably around 15 or so a day.

Starting a new profile on here is harsh Before adding text I got 30 +. Within the first few days hundredS.

After a few months it settles down enough to take off filters. (mostly)

I think when women cam they get a lot of attention

I dont make many pics public now a days but after updating my status re tat, I got a fair few, so I made it public

who could be bothered to count them though, especialy if they have that many i would say the most i get is about 7. if you go on cam you get more or when you down load pictures.

Never had 100's & frankly don't want them either, I have my filters set & that stops a lot of them.

Living near army quarters I can normally tell when there has been a changeover in personnel as I will get a little flurry then. never had anywhere near a hundred in a day though.....maybe the most would be 10-20 new ones.

When we first started on here we did literally get 100s in the first week, it was crazy. Then we learnt how to apply filters so that has reduced it.

20 to 30 depending on new pics / status update etc ..... i admit im hopeless at ans mail usually do the top five then give up so i have never have an empty inbox unless i mass delete it .. did once end up with 1700 unread mail before i discovered filters.

I got just over 20 yesterday but that included one from a friend and several from the same guy.

I have noticed that if I post a new pic or status I get more interest. And a lot more if I posr for a meet.

If I stay offline for a while I get far fewer.

So I would say that regular activity on a profile produces more interest.

Having filters and a profile written to deliberately put off those you don't want to meet does the trick.

When I first joined and didn't know about filters I got pages and pages of messages. As soon as I answered one another three popped up. Had to delete a lot without reading.

Very kind but no filters only age. I'm glad I don't get a silly amount of messages from unwanted people though. I think where I am is a problem too.

I dont get hundreds of messages but I agree that it depends on how you run your profile

I never go on chat or on cam so I dont capture that market, I only post on the forums in public so I dont indulge in the private messaging very often, I dont start threads when ive put new pics up or get involved in the most fabbed obsession.

So the messages I get are genuine messages of interest to meet.

Some probebly do if they are online a lot but talk to people who use filters and have personal informative as to what they want on their profile then they will get less. I think many like to give the impression they are mowed out and fair play if that's who they want to feel its their own choice. I was told by a couple of women at a social though they could expect it peaking at 30 an hour if unanswered but more if they replied.
