Here's the thing, by 'genuinely' hot, I'm assuming you're referring to the sort of girls who wouldn't look out of place on the cover of a lads mag, correct?

Well, girls with THOSE kind of good looks you're gonna find are extremely rare anywhere in the dating scene, be it online or in the real world, simply because they're gonna have so many offers that they'll almost certainly be spoken for. That's not to say there aren't some lovely ladies who won't be of course, the question is what are you offering them that they can't get from another guy?

(And yes I agree intelligence and personality are indeed factors in being 'hot' but I'd imagine that wasn't the question he was asking).

If I may? There may be some troof in that.

On another site I spotted a man's profile stating he wasn't interested in meeting, just browsing - and it tickled my sense of humour, so I did write a message with plenty of silly suggestions on how to spice up his profile. We got talking, we met, we clicked, and we're still seeing each other 3 years on.

The morale of this story? Just go for it, jump in - you never know where it may lead.

I don't think that women on the thread replying are doing so because they think they're hot themselves. I think most women reading the title feel the OP is being derogatory against most women on FAB which I do find insulting.

As some people say, there is someone for everyone on here. So not all women will go for egotistical jumped up vain guys
