Nope, lady at the GUM clinic who gives me my pill says Femfresh is still bad for your ladyparts and you should avoid anything but water down there! Actually she did tell me about a cleansing cream that's okay but I cant remember what its called!

No I just wash. I dont smell bad so have no need for sprays. Gawd I bet they taste foul too .

More likely to cause problems anyway.

Because the manufacturers play on some women's insecurities about their private parts. Whilst women are uneducated or insecure, there's a market unfortunately

I dont know why women buy this stuff? Or how they can use it without getting irritated?

Ive got very sensitive skin so only use simple soap down there, your supposed to use very mild soap or just water, else your disturbing the good bacteria and messing up the ph balance.

Why do you need scented stuff when your gonna get out the bath/shower and use moisturiser, deodorant and perfume? I use the shower for washing and the after shower routine is where anything scented is applied to my skin. Im always complimented on how good I smell so all these scented fandango body washes etc are not needed and probably doing more harm than good.

"so what's the point of of producing femfresh if you're not supposed to use it? "

Sure you only have to look at recent threads and all the fish comments to see why women might feel under pressure to use this crap.

It does seem to be a recurring theme on the forum. I use the wash when showering purely because I found soap or shower products irritated me. Would draw the line at deodorant though! Would cause more harm than good surely

Your skin is the largest organ in your body and has an "acid mantle" to naturally protect it, we insist on removing that each day with soap and replacing it with a chemical one in the form of body lotions. A womans vagina is naturally ph balanced and you mess with that at your peril, sadly cosmetic companies and some attitudes play on the insecurities some women have about their natural odour leading them to think that they need to obliterate it completely with chemicals leading, as has been said to big problems.

Adverts for pantie liners that keep you "fresh" all day, Andrex washlets that showed only women using them, words like confidence used to describe these products all imply that women in their natural state aren't very nice.....it isn't true!

well said-i'd have posted something similar earlier if I wasn't a retard with my new phone...the vagina is an acidic environment and soap and detergents are generally alkaline...

I use something called Lactacyd...it's made from the lactic acid in milk and is ph balanced to mirror the acidity of my lady bits...it's not perfumed either...completely stopped any irritation...
