I'm assuming he's stuck in a station going nowhere, otherwise (bearing in mind my suggestions above) how could he be BORED?

Anyway, even when stopped he can pretend to be:

a) a secret agent by saying meaningless code words into his mobile eg "the 7.45 is stopped so F for freddy will be code red repeat code red.

b) witheringly rich by pretending to buy shares on the USA stock exchange eg "

Hi! Is that Miami? Buy 20,000 at 50 dollars, hold for an hour and sell 0.5 % cents on the green. Txt me confirmation. Cayman Islands account" or

c) pretend to be asleep but watch what people do secretly to see if they pull faces at you when you're 'asleep' or pick their nose cos they think you're not looking.

Or he could create some more space in the carriage by dropping to the floor and doing press ups, before commencing a bit of shadow boxing and talking to himself as if he's psyching himself up for something big. 10 minutes of that and you'll have the carriage to yourself, hun.
