countdown to our hols and both excited, but its proving more difficult than we thought to set up some holiday fun and frolics.

set up another account on here specific to where we will be staying, also joined a couple of usa sites, but they seem to be full of pic hunters and wishy washy profiles.

Think the swinging scene in UK is alot more straight forward than for our american cousins.

We tend to agree with you. It was a lot different 10 or 15 years ago. Your best bet is to find a club in or near the city you plan on visiting.( you can find them on line and even find reviews of them.) Become a member. You'll kind of be a bit of a celebrity because you'll be visiting from across the pond. So it should help you get meets.

We know where you're coming from!! Moved here from England 3 years ago and it's taken some time to find our way around the lifestyle. Most of our fun has been impromptu and in situations we could never have expected with new friends, maybe it's our overly flirtatious nature. We have found this site a bit thin on the ground in the US, but keeps us in touch with reality. There's another site we joined that's much more popular here and we've started to chat to few people on there (pm if you want the site). Use the British thing, it really works, we have had fun with 'vanilla' friends that have fallen for the accent!!
