Just looking for advice/experiences here really.

We have been chatting about what we are going to get up to around Xmas/New Year.

We are thinking of maybe holding a small party here and inviting just a few couples we know well. Only people we already know really. We have never had more than one couple here at a time before so.....

Just wondering if anyone else has done this? If you have did it work out well? would you do it again? Any problems?

All thoughts gratefully received

Titz Towers, North Notts

I've not thrown a party, but been to some.

My advice would be to turn the heating off when everyone arrives, as it doesn't half get hot when 7 couples are all playing in a bedroom.

Near Edinburgh..

We tried this with Two Couples we thought we knew quite well.. Both The Other Ladies that i had Previously got on well with.. took an Instant Dislike to each other and the Evening was a bit Flat Really..

Thanks Guys,

We have to turn the heating off anyway! With just 4 people it gets stupidly hot

The comment about people not getting on is interesting, that is sort of what we were worrying about!

xx

West Yorkshire

But with enough people it doesn't really matter as they can talk to different people and avoid those they don't like

I'm quite new to the swinging scene, never. Been to a party etc......that said here is a suggestion.

You have obviously played with said couples that you would like to invite to party, if all are defo interested, give said couples your going to invite, name of the other couples and let them speak to each other on here to see if they click....as I said new to this and only a suggestion.x

warrington

hosted many parties, stressful to say the least, many don't show, few arguments etc, but generally a great evening full of fun.

If its a select gathering, maybe a social meet first so everyone gets to know the others.

Maybe a meal or a pub with a band etc.
