Now bbm is available on iPhone and Android surely more people must be using it.

I've arranged some good meets over bbm in the past.

Who has it and wants to swap pins

Why when I have Fab. Whatsapp, kik etc

Its just another generic chat service that has come too late to the party really. BlackBerry are dying on their arse. Their phones are rubbish, their app store isn't great. I'll stick with what I have

Plus BBM is no good for devices which ars over a few months old. Minimum requirement is androind 4.0.

Kik and Whatsapp are better in our opinion.

Whatsapp is pony because it populates your phone book and leaves you open to unsolicited messages. With bbm you have the option to accept invites from others, only use pin numbers instead of phone numbers and can have group chats. Lot more secure!

Surely the fact that you are using BBM is irrelevant to arranging a good meet? You must have made the initial contact with them else where?

No don't have or use anything like that to chat.

We stick to messages on here or texts/calls with those that have my mobile number. Which isn't many as it's not given out willy nilly.

This!

When making contact is so easy on here - why would you need multiple methods?
