How about we have a girly social: put the stockings and heels away and just meet up. I reckon we could get some great friendships out this and it.

We all work different shifts and many of us have family commitments, but if we did this regionally on dates to suit, it could be good fun and beneficial .

I simply suggested my example of elevenses on a Sunday for practical reasons: it would suit those who work 9-5 weekdays, it would suit those whose children return Sunday evenings, it would suit those of us who work evenings. Obviously it wouldn't cater for all so we can all chip in with suggestions and locations (with easy access routes and good parking).

I'm game. I used to organise events like this on another site. They were always well attended and some fantastic friendships forged. As long as people have plenty of notice and the locations are central to bus/train routes its a fab idea ( see what I did there!! )

Peterborough- I could do the odd Sunday with notice, most other days are fine too but would need to check the X1 times.

Or are there many near Norwich?

After the events of this week a female friend would be good incase it happens again lol x

The Hampton, Brewers Fayre. Very near to Serpentine (so you all can still go shopping after ).

Saturdays work better for me though as it's when my daughter is at her dads.

I agree and think this is a great idea. I have a few female friends on here. They are good to go to a club with and have a general chit chat. As well as good advice when I am unsure about anything.

I would love to make more female friends. As if they are anything like the ones I have already I would be a very lucky woman.

I live in the Manchester area, but as I drive I can reach most places.
