Don't drink too much. It'll make you feel ok for a bit, then worse.

I guess relax a bit, see what's bothering you and try to work that out. Don't try to do everything at once, just break up what's bothering you into little pieces and deal with it bit by bit.

Solves all sorts of problems... Iv seen depression twice in my family and both were because they didn't feel like they could open up to anyone. There's nothing wrong with having a problem and talking about it.

As they say, a problem shared is a problem halved

I put on cheesey tunes when I feel the clouds hovering. I was on anti d's but stopped them in July, same time as getting rid of the guy who was fucking my head up.

Still have bad days, but I try to predict them so I can think up a distraction or I set myself a limit of only one day at most to 'indulge' in being miserable

For anyone who is down, they should make a list of what is good in their life, even if it is just having plenty of biscuits in the pantry and then ask their best mate to make one for them. You'll be surprised at just how many things your pal will spot that you don't. Humans are wonderful and there are such a lot of great things in life.

I find just having my mates about me and having a drink and a good bit of banter helps a lot, also I have a very open look on life and all these bad things happen as a part of life, and life goes on.
