In response to a recent similar thread, I checked out the percentages of varying ethnicities that comprise the UK population, and found that just 4% of our population are black. Given just how many male profiles there are on here compared to female, I'd estimate that less than 1% of profiles on here belong to black women, so that would go a long way to explaining why you see so few 'black women seeking white males' profiles on here.
