Never tried chatting during sex so it's a hard one lol" well my personal trainer told me you have to do 20 mins of cardiovascular exercise before you start burning into you fat reserves, so forplay dont apply as its just not energectic enough which means you'd have to shag hard none stop for at least 20 mins to get any real benifit from it lol Hope this helps | |||

"Broke back 15 years ago...took 3 long years to get it sorted and have been scared of exercise since....spoke to doc yesterday and she says it's ok for me to start running again so long as I take things slowly to begin with....so watch out London Marathon...I'm coming to get ya " fell walking is good exercise, find somewhere that has lots of steep hills, then go walking up and down them! Less stress on the knees and veribra than running but will give you a good workout! My personal favs are snodonia and the Kinder/Black fell part of the peaks. | |||
