Many sexual acts can cause trauma, even fingering for example if you have jagged nails/cuticles.

You can use (non-latex) gloves and plenty of lube (with or without the gloves). The key is do it extremely slowly.

what you need is a rod, get some good bait,find a good pond or lake, pre bait the swin, and then cast out, good luck, I enjoy fishing, its one of the things you can do where dyslexia doesnt get in the way
