Befor people start slagging off fake tits maybe you should stop and think why some women have "fake tits".

Its not always a fashion statement for some women it medical , or psychological reason. so imagin if your a guy that voices there dislike for the fake tits and one day you discover you have to have a ball removed and instead of being an odd ball you can have a fake inplant so you look and feel normal . Would you say no i dont like fake ???

Had a few women with fake tits, I could not tell the difference being honest. One had to point out the scars to me - which were pretty much non existant.

Just remembered another actually, and yeah you could tell they were fake, very hard round things, and I was afraid to touch them incase of bursting them but the others (that I can think of) lol were all very well done.

For clarity - reconstruction surgery I understand and fully support. And yes, I'm sure some look perfectly natural - but there's really no denying that vanity fake tits just don't enhance natural beauty!

False breasts because of medical reasons are still for vanity. You don't need to have boobs, people can survive without them.

If I had mine done for 'medical reasons' I would be feeling so shit just now reading how you lot think they are ugly and terrible looking.

There is a way to put personal preferences across without sounding insulting tho. I prefer younger guys, but I don't call all older guys ugly, I prefer dark hair but I don't say everyone with blonde hair is disgusting.

I see your point but people should be able to voice there view without someone taking it to heart, as personally I find anorexic women ugly, and penises is general are ugly but that just my view as is to intended as insult nor do I believe is anyone else's

Leslie has mentioned she would love a boob job to give her boobs some lift. but I have told her there is nothing wrong with her boobs as they are gorgeous.

I could do with a lift myself! as mine are feeling the full effects of age and motherhood, but some women who have there boobs inflated from a small size to a huge size do look odd, I have seen some that look really natural, then others that look like over inflated balloons.
