FabSwingers.com forum: letting a couple or single into your home

Despite being young we're quite experienced in what we've done, where we've been and what we have planned for the future in the lifestyle. As recently swinging has taken abit of a back seat in our life we would like to invite a couple or single male or female into our home for a more intimate social/sexual encounter. We'd usually always stick to getting to know someone if we would let them into our home, but the idea of not knowing someone is way more sexy.

Has anyone had a bad experience that turned sour, is it just a case of go with your instincts? Trust? Or has spur of the moment outclassed planned home meets?

What's your thoughts forumites!?

we have kids, and therefore very little time to play.

as a compromise we will have single ladies round, or blokes that we know. couples are out.

we decided this by risk assesment. ie - could we deal with two people if something got out of hand? ladies are probably less likely to cause a fuss if there are kids in the house.

so far it's worked very well!

Its not so much the trust of stealing as quite frankly we have nothing worth taking that wouldn't go unnoticed as they walk out the door.

More if they turned up uninvited one night, or got d*unk and thought they could bring there mates round for an unplanned group session that kind of thing.

One of my ex playmate from another site still texts me in the hope he could drop by whenever he is down my way, in the hope for some fun, as well as free drinks and food no doubt, with very little notice.

The memories of him smoking pot in my house and having to put up with politics for an entire weekend fills me with dread.

Hence never again!

You get a gut feeling with someone its either right or not but if in doubt social meets on a neutral ground are always the best choice.

I have met people at their place in the past. Invariably, they say "sorry - the place is in a mess (whether it is or not)". I'm there to meet and play with them - not to critique their home and house skills.

I have heard of this happen....the couple just happen to be in the area where they had a house meet and decide to call to the house in the daytime unannounced!!!!!

Couple ended up hiding behind the sofa hoping they'd just leave....scary stuff!!!

We must have been very lucky in the people we've met.

They've always been very respectful guests, not to mention great fun.

Also, as we don't have kids and only met at weekends, our meets were stopovers as our playroom is also the guest room.

Our groundwork was done just by messages and talking on the phone and most of those we've met have become good friends too.

As we said, we've been lucky but intuition helps too.

the pages are sticky as I hold phonebook wank parties..we just assmume the names on the page are hot!

we do phone them just to let them know tho...only polite eh!

We have generally been lucky and had some great evenings, we did have a couple where she gushed all night and we threw our bedding away afterwards, we do clubs n hotels now...

yeah, go with your gut every time.

we have only got it wrong once, and it was an unforseen circumstance of someone being unable to handle alcohol and keep their emotions, and voice, in check.

but otherwise, nothing but good experiences.

Being a single woman with children at home I would never invite anyone to my home and I am surprised by the amount

I wouldn't invite anyone to my home, I don't like the idea of people on here knowing where I live, they cant turn up at any time once they have your address and I have kids its not a chance I would take, I think its safer as a couple you have less change of people doing such things if you have a guy at home
