As you can see from my profile I occasionally let me hair down and go into whore mode at local adult cinema. It is normally a fun time but time and again the "can't wear condoms" line is used.

On Saturday the majority of males there wanted bareback. Are they really that stupid, or just think they are immortal and that their cock has protective powers? No woman in their right mind will allow a complete stranger fuck them bareback. They were left to pleasure themselves or play with other men.

I've played with folk who prefer bareback - they don't have a problem when I remind them I only play safe...I've found it's mostly been couples in the 50+ age range (not saying this is ALL couples, just the very few I've met who prefer BB). I would be more worried about those that state they play safe only....as I am constantly amazed at how many don't.

Mine says they can't afford to provide them. That's three different ones. But to be fair I go for the check ups not the free condoms.

I tend to only soft swap, so have to keep my eye out on the expiry date. It was something I never even considered when I was young, but now obsessed with it! Amazing how many people are not aware they can expire. Mine get used up by other people at the clubs once they find out I have the skyns latex free ones, I was gutted when my clinic gave me pesante ones last month.

I've used a dental dam a few times. They're really bloody fiddly and often prevent you getting your tongue where you want to get it.

There is a lot of the general public who look down their noses at people who swing so for swingers to look down their noses at other swingers gets my back up.

If people want to play safe or bareback that's up to them at least their being open about and not saying one thing on their profile but doing the other in private.

People I think fall into these 3 camps

one people who always play safe

two people who always play bareback

three people who sometimes play safe and sometimes play bareback depending on their mood and situation

I would hazard a guess and say the majority fall into 3.

Personally I think its better if people where open about playing bareback with out being stigmatised about it that way if you only want to play safe you know who to avoid.

Where all adults and you know the risks

You are missing the point totally. And the point IS that people who play bareback place greater emphasis on the thrill than they do on the value of their own health and life. Which in turn asks ( or should pose at the very least ) the question of just what risk have they exposed themselves to prior to meeting YOU! I think its a safe bet that you are going to be putting yourself at serious risk by indulging with such people. However if the prospect of ending you days in a hospital bed in excruciating pain having developed cancer for example through the on- set of AIDS then carry on regardless. Unfortunately in life we have an abundance of people who just dont care about other people and also an abundance of thick cunts who are simply incapable of evaluating risk.

While I'm all for playing safe and do on every meet (other than my own partner) as it protects you from a lot of nasties there are things it's still doesn't protect you from. The most commonly growing STD at the moment is gential warts and they onl require skin to skin contact and a condom cannot protect you from them. So yes it's important to play safe but more importantly if you are choosing to engage in swinging/casual sex regular check ups at the GUM clinic are more important especially when signs of most STD's take 3 months to appear so you can have contracted the STD long before you have knowledge of it!

There's a huge amount of bad education with regards to sexual health. I recently spoke to someone who thought that a vagina that smelled funny meant that the woman had an STI, which then means they assume a clean smelling pussy meant no STI. If that was the case then surely STIs wouldn't be the problem they are. Anyone who whiffs a bit can be given a good scrub and they're safe! If only...

I thought that over washing actually caused more problems, as it upsets the natural balance of things.

So much affects taste of men and women, from diet, to washing power and soap/bathroom products.

As Mikasgirl posted, sometimes you don't do anything and the smell changes. I know that men won't be as au fait with the intricacies of womens hormonal changes, but even if I didn't change my washing and laundering habits my smell will change depending on the time of the month. Accusing a woman who has no control over her smell of having an STI shows a lack of education I find peculiar in this day and age. Bring back medieval miasmas!
