we have used a site that is £50 a year to join, and we havent renewed our membership there because its full of timewasters and fakers.

its just they have a bit of money to waste obviously.

Don't give up. Whatever situation that anyone is looking for here on Fab, there are multiple timewasters. Most timewasters never meet anyone, I suspect. Anything more than a couple of messages, without exchanging a mobile number, screams of a timewaster. Whether its MFM, FMF, 121, Group ... there are always timewasters. Dump them and keep looking. You'll win.

Surely it's a whole lot better for couples when no shows occur? My thought processes:

If you have arranged the time and the place but the third person doesn't show or cancels at the last minute, you still have each other. Use your imagination and role play that missing third person into your sex.

I don't agree - I like to exchange quite a few messages before I meet anyone. It's the way I find out if we are compatable - I don't have sex with just anyone after a couple of messages. Also, some people I message I might not ever meet but they are interesting and friendly people and I like to keep the cyber social aspect of swinging going for me as well as the physical sexual meets.

We were on two other sites before and they were a complete waste of money.

We pay three lots of site supporters on here and been more than worth it.

As people have said I think you need to look at your selection processes and get yourself out to clubs or socials were you can then meet people.

Hi Steve, I don't disagree ... its just that I personally find speaking with people far more interesting and enjoyable than exchanging neverending text messages. Its also a far quicker way of finding out about each other and seeing if there is a mutual attraction. Also, its so much easier to say "hey, why don't me meet up socially, and see if we click". It works for me, but I accept that its each to his own way, and I certainly don't denigrate yours

This gets said a lot, and is 1 way to look at it, but another way is that the amount of people on the site that are fantasists or time wasters your bound to hit a rough spell, so ride it out, you get nothing in life easy, persevere and the good times will come.
