even if they dont show a verification there profile has the green tick. i said couples as its bloody hard for a guy to get going on this site

In my experience it's unlikely they will ever meet, same applies to all profiles

Some people use the site for just chatting and the social side of swinging and don't want to meet people. So in those cases, they don't need a verification.
