Tried to organised a gb last night..

After a week of trying to organise participants and sifting through around 600+ messages, I thought I had narrowed down 10 reliable guys, who were told they would get the room number on the night...

The big night arrives...only two people were up for it, and others "made other plans" as "they hadn't heard from us" despite being told they would hear from us on the night.

Must have made about 30 calls last night.

Anyway...we had a good night in the end, people missed out

Always seems to be the way this story goes. My fb organizers gb's and according to her to get 10 people to turn up you usally have to invite about 50. Only problem is your propers fucked if they all turn up lol. Hope you try again and get the gb you want

I knew a couple who were into gb big time they had the same problem only one guy turning up for for every 10 who they liked enough to invite .

It took them over three years to fill a little black book of around 30 blokes who would turn up if invited and could make it

They would invite a couple of the guys from the black book as they knew these guys would turn up if they said they would and them invite newbies who they didn't know would that way they were guaranteed fun no matter what happened with the new guys

We've had the same problem! We usually get numbers and text 20+ and are lucky if we get 7 or 8!

isn't that part of the reason for this post in the first place to attract guys for the next time hopefully ones that will show

Mmmm I need to think about doing one again soon. Although, like the OP, it is an exhausting business. Last one I had 12 sorted (knowing only half would turn up). The week before they all started dropping out, so I then spent the night before the GB and the hours before the GB desperately trying to sort out some guys, and still only half turned up.

I understand that GBs are not for everyone, but I always check that they profiles show 'group sex' and 'adult parties' as interests, and they are under no obligation to say yes. Yet they still chicken out! It's a shame.

Nope...not trying again, will stick to being a greedy girl in a club... That's the second time I've tried and it takes up too much time

Exhausting and tedious! I must of spent at least 20 hours trying to arrange it, I work fulltime and Im a single mum...not enough hours in the day! Lol

It's a lot of hard work. I think it may be an idea to do it in a club or at a dogging site, so that there is some 'passing trade' if 8/10 participants decide that 8/10 cats do countdown is a comfier option on the night.

Obviously I would have attended, but....

This is why I now always use a local group. I know if they say they will have 10.. that I will get 10. And because they play together as a group there is no awkwardNess x
