Will I Just Be Seen As A Desperate Old Man?

I have just joined this site and I must say that my eyes have been opened so side....I can't sleep!

Having been with the same woman since the age of 18 (50 now!) and recently divorced, I have been surfing the web to find dates with other women.

But after a very very quiet sex life, I want a woman with fire in her loins to show me what I have been missing.

Is by stating the obvious, making me just look like a perv'?

All new to me so finding it a bit overwhelming. I would expect a rejection rate on the high scale and would never object to that, after all...we all have our favourite requirements.....now if there are any brunettes who stand at 5ft or less and wear glasses....please check me out!!!...lol

Happy to chat for as long as it takes to get to know someone and would never dream of sending a message to someone with a stupid headline like "Fancy a F**k"....Can't believe guys are that ignorant that they do!

Must admit that I do like the look of this site and it does look promising so I will keep my fingers crossed!

Just be yourself which of coarse will change as you gain confidence and experience .

Site life is no different from real life in the fact that at the end of the be yourself at all times and someone will take a shine to you as they do in the real world .

There's a famous saying don't try to be a man for all tastes be the man for your tastes and someone will find you irresistible just the way you are ...or was that the lyrics from a song anyway it kind of makes sense so i'd go with that .

Welcome, may I suggest a way forward.

1. Be honest and interesting when you first contact someone. Try to find something in their profile or update that you can open a conversation with. Try not to major on lack of experience of desperation as most choosers want to be pleasured and the former attributes usually do not suggest that will happen.

2. When rejected leave them alone or say a polite thanks for the rejection (no argument)

3. If you get into a conversation do not expect sex on the 3rd message. It takes time even on Fabswingers.

4. If you meet be clean, polite and listen to what they like and dont like. If your last girlfriend loved anal do not try that until you have asked.

TIME FOR THE REALITY CHECK

First - yes, to some much younger age ranges u may seem an 'old man ' , that said fabswingers is peppered with people akin to your own age range.

Second - I dunno why anyone would assume u are desperate at 50 (there are guys 19 with profiles struggling to meet cos of their youth it seems)

Thirdly - u state to having no swinging experience etc. I don't think that would necessarily be a bar to having meets

People will either see an appeal in you - or they won't

I'm considerably older than you and have had (ahem) a couple of meets (lol)

OMG 50 is not old! My FB and I are both late forties and I've never had such fulfilling, energetic sex!

So my advice, STOP thinking of yourself as mature and think of yourself as a man in your prime and raring to go. I would take the advice and check out a club if you feel confident enough. Even if you don't play it will open your eyes to what fun is out there

It takes time to get to 'know' the folk here. Just jump into the forums; there's always a thread of interest going on. Joining social meets sounds sensible - much easier to get acquainted. I might even do so myself one day.
