But without some idea of what the OP is talking about it's really hard to answer.

When we are in d/s mode there are loads of things I wouldn't or couldn't do myself that I'll demand that Debs does.

People can ask or demand for what they like on their profile or in messages. Whether they get it, is a different story!

I find that by not 'demanding' anything but by asking and discussing likes and dislikes, I get everything I want and more.

Yes it is, you might like having something done to you but hate doing it. Spanking springs to mind as an immediate example.
