I wear hearing aids

Why is it when I'm honest and tell a woman I wear hearing aids they delete me. Wearing them doesn't mean I'm no good at sex, god it's getting annoying x

my wife has poor hearing so poor in fact that the use of hearing aids are of no use to her so she dont use them .she also suffers from tinnitus .never stopped us getting meets though .keep trying poor hearing should not stop you getting meets

Some people are so shallow sure there is much more to you than problems with hearing. Tbh would not bother me if I was chatting to someone with hearing aids and I we clicked on here, would still meet

I wear hearing aids! Some people are just so horrible! I've never had an issue with meeting because of it. It should have no bearing on a meet my only issue is if they stop over as I have to remove them and I can't hear very well without but I think that's more my issue than theirs x

It's quite staggering that anyone would see it as an issue, do you think that is the reason? However, if you do get people shutting you out because of hearing aids they are not worth the time of day to start with x

Reason I've gave advice? I'm also deaf. I've never said upfront as people judge.

I've let them meet me first.

Always done well

Don't mention it on profile.

Its only a blip and your worth more respect than ignorance hun x

Is that definitely why they drop you? Could be another reason. That probably doesn't help (sorry!) but my point is, don't worry about it. If they are bothered by it you wouldn't really want to meet them anyway. xx

Let's be honest here. It's the man who is most likely to get knocked back with this (and any other?) particular disability.

Women are the choosers on this site so they are looking for a reason to narrow down their choices. A bit like sifting through a massive stack of CV's, any little thing to lessen the pile.

Most men, on the other hand, wouldn't let something like being hard of hearing deter them from getting a shag.

Yup if they are that bothered by a hearing impairment, leave them to it and concentrate on the folks that do think you are attractive and sexy. Don't ever do yourself down because of any impairment or disability.

I wear prosthetics and I make them. I see women and men every day who have problems with their sexuality because of differences to 'normal' bodies.

If folks dont like your hearing aids lets hope the door dont smack their asses on the way out.

Someone who appreciates you as you are will be right along.

There is a very popular swinging male on here with hearing aids no body seems to be phased by him he goes to a lot of social events could be worth u doing it like that x x

I won't use Skype either......cos its crap

My mum stuck a load of bling on her hearing aid when she first got it,I only noticed it because it almost blinded me
