Up North

I am feeling disillusioned and disappointed today.

Can I come and join you?

I'm feeling touchy and emotional

Give me 3-5 days and I will be over it

Good grief, is it a full moon?

I can now add 'irrational' to my original post.

"Can you put the cantankerous on hold for a moment"

No, I 'effing can't. I'm enjoying it in a weird, oxymoron way.

No, we are the ones owning up to it. You blokes are SOOOOOOOOOO unemotional. Sheesh.

Unemotional equates to clear thinking

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I'm definitely cantankerous today - one of my colleagues just got the brunt during a phone call.

Not feeling fickle but that might change later.

"Unemotional equates to clear thinking "

That's a whole different thread. Dispassionate works for some things but sympathy and empathy can be useful tools too.

Sheffield

I had a weekend of weepy and depressed.

But after hugs and support and a successful car boot sale that's enabled me to book something fun I'm much more perky.

Though I suspect weepy is still lurking...

And if anyone accuse me of being hormonal they'll get a right telling off! Then I'll burst into tears...

The day has ended slightly improved. I am now indifferent and fractious.

Let's see what tomorrow brings.

truculence and insolence?
