Those of you who do reply to messages from people you don't want to meet have you got a stock phrase you use to cushion the rejection or do you just say no thanks?

I just say no thanks and let them know why... distance, age range, whatever else is obviously stated in my profile that they neglected to read lol.

Most don't take no for an answer and come back with some counter-argument which is why I rarely bother responding any more unless I'm feeling particularly generous.

Sorry its a non-starter as your profile says "wont meet smokers" or "we are outside your age criteria" (most common replies sent)

Sorry we don't feel we would be sexually compatible for the nice people who read profiles, have pics etc

nothing wrong with free choice, a non-reply is a thanks but no thanks anyway, you choose not to reply we choose to always reply = your correct to do that and we are correct to do what we do there are no wrongs in the equation

I delete without reading: that's what they deserve because my profile starts "not meeting as I have enough playmates". If they then write they've obviously not read my profile and just trying their luck so my wishes don't count!

we got a reply once that said "no thanks, we don't do mingers", had a regular giggle at that one, kept it for ages before I deleted it

We tend to say "thank you for your interest, but we don't think you are what we are looking for, best of luck."

We have a password inserted within our within our profile, if it's not quoted the mail's shredded those that take the time to read and quote the password always receive a reply if their not what we're looking for, we thank them for taking the time to contact us and wish them well with their search
