Why would you chose to have a c section.. Yes if for medical reasons.. but not sure anyone would actually chose it over a natural birth.

and incontinence is mostly caused by lack of pelvic floor exercises.. and this can effect anyone .. regardless of whether they have had kids or not.

I chose to have 3 c sections (as advised by my OBG GYN who also happens to be my sister in law) to minimise the risk of complications and sequelae.
