maybe a stupid question but can sti's be transmitted through watersports....had someone ask me today if he can speculum my arse hole and pee in it (no skin contact) but I am not sure if it would be the same as bareback.....not into wtersports but am curious to find the answer out xx

Urine leaves the bladder sterile. If he pees some away from you first (bacteria in the urethra), then pees in you, it remains sterile. Personally the thought of someone else's waste product inside of me fills me with horror. What exactly would be lingering inside.
