Hi, we are thinking of going to infusions tomorrow night sat 13th. can anyone recommend a decent near by hotel, not particularly a swingers hotel but maybe a tolerant one.

There are loads of hotels there! If you go to infusions, you may not need an hotel anyway! Have fun.

I can thoroughly recommend the Blackpool Funhouse, you'll find a profile on here somewhere.

Not purely a swingers' place, it's a, um, "normal" guesthouse too. The proprietors are friendly, easy-going and welcoming, and can set you on the right track if you are looking for somewhere to get rock, or somewhere to get cock. (Jesus, did I just type that? I'll be doing headlines for "The Daily Star" next....)

Anyhow, the place hasn't got a huge neon flashing dong outside, it's totally discrete. It's in a cracking location for whatever you get up to, and an ideal place to unwind, catch up with your sleep and get your strength back, or get worn out even further!

Oh, and no, I've no commercial interest here, just been made to feel welcome by the owners more than once. I've a lot of time for them, but wouldn't make the recommendation if it wasn't an ideal place to stay. It is!

we are frequent visitors to infusion and always stay at the hotel babylon,literally a 1 min walk from the place.it is not a swingers hotel,but very clean,very large rooms,and as i said,within walking distance

I am not sure this is true!! IMO Buddies is definately not filthy... Yes the bedrooms could do with updating but the rooms are clean enough...

If it was that filthy then how come it is packed most of the time. We wouldn't make a 380 mile round trip if it was dirty!!!

Best advice is read the reviews (and no we dont have any vested interest in the place, we just enjoy the relaxed, no pressure environment)

Buddies is great! Ok not the ritz but its great fun and worth a try.

well depends what is clean 4 u wen we went used condoms in the playrooms from the week b4, and 4cpls and 5 single guys wen we was there thats empty pls that guy that runs it well scary

Hey - you have said what we think. Kindred spirits.

Thankfully we all have different tastes !! Someone said to us recently that they were snobs and for that reason they would not go to UK swingers clubs/hotels. We would not go that far, but we know where they are coming from.

have been to both it depends on taste i suspect Infusion is brilliant sometimes it can be quiet other times it can be full buddies was clean fun and full when we went, yes the play rooms are small but you can play in your rooms and far to many single guys on couples nights but worth a try.

the hotel on the sea front to the right of infusion was clean tidy and good value

How do you know they was from the week before and not from the people who was in there directly b4 you??????

We have been to buddies quite a bit and the playrooms lounge and bar are always immaculate.

rooms as has been said could of done with updating but from what i understand this has been done.

been 2 buddies a few times.. always found it very clean and your made very welcome, the owner and the guys that run it are very friendly, its a gr8 place 4 a w/end would highly reccomend it

We were once going to go to Buddies but were told they don't enforce the smoking ban.

Apparently at times you could cure kippers in the place,so as non smokers we gave it a miss.

Don't know if things have changed now or what.

no it hasn't changed last time we were there we could'nt breath the smoke haze was so bad... the rooms are clean and linen spotless..but not changed for the time you are there ...and often no hot water...a must after a night/day of fun...

so by this then they obviously had eyes fixed on every single person in the place 100% of the time??

I agree Buddies is more of a social get together on fridays, but people do still play!

To true they do allow smoking, but so do a lot of the clubs. Not all of them enforce the rules..

And we are non smokers also and did get choked on second hand smoke, but you cannot smell any of it in the rooms
