"Why do straight guys have it in their heads that bi-guys will automatically want them. Ego or what? Here's an idea. I might actually only fancy your wife! I know its a new concept but think about it. We are not sharks who home in on the smell of cock. " no one said you were

" Why do you assume its the male half of couple that has problem with them?" Simply because I've never come across that yet. I should explain my rant a little I fear. It has happened in the past where we have met and even played with a couple (who haven't read our profile properly) and its been great and I've played straight with no problems. Then after the 3rd meet we get a message. Sorry I can't be naked around a guy who likes cock. What? You've been naked around me for hours and didn't care? Now because I have a lable on my profile I'm to be avoided? Grrr. Now I make a loud point of telling everyone and anyone - even if they are mingers that I'm bi. Thats the worse thing that's happened, but others do come up from time to time and it can be humiliating and hurtful. How about all homophobic people add - no bi men to their profile. It would make it less of a minefield to us sensitive types.

In that case I'm racist to cos I wouldn't sleep with Asian men either. Just because someone has a preference as to who they have sex with does not make them an ist

"because I don't want to have sex with bi men " What am I missing then, what it the key reason that a lot of people would avoid someone of that preference

"because I don't want to have sex with bi men What am I missing then, what it the key reason that a lot of people would avoid someone of that preference" its called choice. Something everyone is entitled to in this lifestyle. And really hun people do not have to justify why they have their own choices.

"I love bi guys and bi group fun. Hate is a strong word, I don't think people hate them, they just don't want to meet them as a preference. Anyone who hates someone because they are bi needs to give their head a wobble " I like that "... give their head a wobble." I'll remember that one and where the hell was I at 11am? Damn!!

Some people find the idea of two men having sex disgusting. Therefore they would not want to have sex with such a man. Why is that so hard to understand?? Some people don't want to play with me. I don't chuck my dummy out of the pram though. Weird huh.

"its called choice. Something everyone is entitled to in this lifestyle. And really hun people do not have to justify why they have their own choices. " Is it choice though. Really, there has to be a tangible reason it would make you say no Iam out of this bi convo now each to their own just hope those that have this ridiculous _iew will maintain a comment on their profile so the ones to avoid are clearly visable

"What about the guys that have tried it and decided its not for them " I once met a group of guys for some bi fun a few years ago and in my head I was really up for it. Once I was there amongst it I didn't really enjoy it so I politely left. Ive had a few group meets since and had lots of fun and thoroughly enjoyed them I think it was just a bit soon back then.

We are lucky that our open mindedness is something we both enjoy with those we connect with or are attracted to. In all honesty though it is hard to find couples to play with, a lot of couples don't do it for us and of course we won't play for the sake of things. Maybe a bi night at a club would be better but they tend to be midweek. Work and sitters being an issue.

"Love them...and probably 80% of the messages we get are from 'Straight' guys who don't want to put Bi or curious on their profile....so those people you think you are meeting who are straight..possibly aren't!" I completely agree with this. At least people with bi on their profile are being straight up honest about their intentions and preference.

" Haha. And yet again a bi/gay/tv/ts guy comes up with the homophobic card. Get a grip. Its called PREFERENCE! " No lets be clear here, actually it's called CHOICE. A preference is when someone says "I like tea and coffee, but prefer coffee". A choice is when someone says "tea is disgusting and I won't drink it or touch anyone who does". This subject is weird. It's in no way the same as choosing not to meet say Asians or Orientals, because that is all about visual stimulus and those skin colours not doing it for you, which clearly ISN'T racist. This is about a mental stimulus, this person has had some form of same sex and that repulses me. Which is mildly phobic as it's based on an irrational fear of something you haven't been witness to. So it's actually quite shallow, because if someone doesn't tell you'd be quite happy. It's like a child happily eating something, then being told what it was and then saying they don't like it. And finally theres the old chestnut that bisexuals are more prone to sti's. True. But only statistically because the gay/bi community are more likely to be tested than the straight people. As it's been drummed into us since the 80's. So alot less straights than gays get tested. I believe the most At Risk group at the moment is actually young adults generally as they never went through the Aids thing so think they don't need protection. But again that is based on numbers tested. To the bi people I'll say this. Fuck the straights, we have way more fun.

"I get such a mixed response !!!! " I used to not meet any bi guys.. I realised over time that it was a prejudice that was very outdated... HOWEVER, while I dont mind.. It does sometimes make me a bit nervous.. as I dont want guys touching other guys.. I have had this happen a few times.. So I prefer straight guys for this reason. I know not all bi guys will not touch the guys... but.. its happened to me on more than one occasion.

Either way, they don't want to meet bi men. Same as some don't want to meet asian or whatever. Why can't they be allowed their choice? Some people don't like the idea of two guys having sex. Some people find it disgusting. Some people find bi women disgusting. Some people find swingers disgusting. My partner's a bi guy. We meet bi guys, bi couples, tv's. Even some straight people! However we respect (and understand) other people that don't want to meet us.

I WOULD like people to start being honest and stop hiding behind the "It's my preferences!" defence when they clearly don't understand the difference between that and choice. As for respecting that choice, well I'm unlikely to respect someone who thinks I'm disgusting am I?
