More attractive because you're a swinger?

When browsing fab I find myself becoming interested in profiles of people that I wouldn't even consider looking at in the outside world.

For example I get turned on by the idea of couples, older ladies and sometimes even guys when I'm on here. Whereas if I was out in the street then sex wouldn't even cross my mind walking past these groups of people.

So it could be the confidence boost that online browsing gives you, because you don't have to approach someone face to face to talk to them. Or it could be the sex appeal due to people putting up nide pics online and showing that they want to have fun and be fucked. But I do find that I'm more attracted to people on here because they are swingers and are looking for fun.

So is it just me?

This is why I tread so carefully when I'm meeting. I as I think most ladies want the person I'm sleeping with to be attracted to me not just because I'm on a swingers site ( hope that makes sense )

I'm sure that being on this site makes you more open minded about sex. I have had some mind blowing experiences. A world away from the people I have ever met conventionally.

No I agree totally, but it's like that anywhere. You may find someone attractive on here because they are attractive in context of who else is around. Whereas in the big wide world there is a lot more people so maybe in context they wouldn't be so attractive.

It's like, have you ever fancied someone at work, just because they're the hottest one in the office, not because they're actually really really hot.

No offense to anyone, not saying people on fab aren't hot, just that when someone ticks the 'swinger' box, usually other boxes can be left empty.

Not sure if this is just a female perspective though, needing to feel attractive, and not just because you are willing to indulge! I feel exactly the same, which is why I always arrange a social first.

i wouldnt look at people and think they are attractive if i seen them in the street or pub.

i am interested in them on here because they message me and seem like reasonably nice or decent types of people who like the same things as me.

No it's not just you.

Let's face it being aroused and looking for sex plays a big part in who you find suitable.

Arousal when you are looking for sex is a stronger pull than beer goggles.

That along with what someone else said .... the people here are saying .....We are actively looking for sex.... AND they are in the database available to you.

Part of the reason you don't think about it in your offline escapades is down to stereotyping and societal restrictions and dictats on how we must all behave.

e.g society says only the young bag off and have sex and dates and good times.

society says that older people,couples,parents don't have sex ,they are doing decent family things like decorating and looking after the family and never go out.

society says that young people lack morals and fuck like bunnies , have unwanted pregnancies and live on benefits.

society also wags fingers and mixed age relationships/sex.

society still frowns on swinging.

No it's not just you. But here you are amongst good company. Look at who turns you on and go for it.

I don't think that I am anything special but I do find that the personality of a person & getting to know them can make them attractive. Also if what we like is the same. Social meets are good to see if there is a connection.

I know for sure I have met with men through fab that would never give me a second glance in the pub... but I am still friends with them and we enjoyed the experience. .. after a while the shallow flattery wears off and it feels bad... I am very careful who I meet now

i think the profiles/pics/posts give you a quick insight in to people that you don't get from just walking past them in the street.

If someone has a cheeky smile and a filthy mind then i'm already turned on, even if they may not have been my type if i'd seen them sat in a Nandos lol!

Thanks for the replies, glad a lot of you on here feel the same and as was said above yeah I do feel like I'm in good company now x

I guess it kinda works the other way too, maybe (well hopefully) single ladies will see something on my profile that they like and find it attractive, although I have the vast array of other single blokes on here to contend with too. But I feel that I do get more attention in here when I speak to people than I would if I was out in the street or a bar trying to talk to the best looking girl I could find.

And as was also said above I think we are more willing to give people a chance on this site as we are a close community and are pretty much all here for the same thing. I know I talk to people who I probably wouldn't get a chance or take the opportunity to talk to out in the real world.

I'm very wary of compliments on here... I know I can scrub up ok, but I also realise there are many people who will say what you want to hear in the hope of getting into your knickers.

Some people on here have very inflated egos because of the false flattery and believe their own hype!

Basically, if a guy cab't show a genuine attraction, and talk to me decently, then it won't go anywhere.

They dont think they are anything other than they are lol but on here it dont matter we are allowed to feel sexy with out being ridiculed xx funny though i would much rather see j lo than cameron x

on here they seem available, free or cheap, and hide their real life morals, so a bit like eye candy in a sweet sop, however nothing is real on line, its just advertising, showing off the goods, until u meet it isn't real
