I've found that it varies guy to guy. Rushing never seems to do well but you can soon pin down what he like. Long slow full strokes, licking the stem, butterfly licking the frenulum. I don't think there are any set rules...each guy I've been with has liked something different. Some love nothing more than being deep-throated which limits the amount of tongue action you can give, some get off more from shallow sucking and lots of tongue action (I do try to mix a bit of both in for all though). I've never had a guy stop me playing with his balls yet, and if I move to suck them then I keep stimulation on the shaft with my hand. I do try to keep eye contact, but that can be difficult in your nose is up against their body! Always keep teeth out of the way though and try not to slobber too much.
