Realistic you can clean them or pop them in the dishwasher in some cases personally though I would much rather use my own.

I practice safe penetrative sex, I do not use condoms for oral on a woman or a man. There are risks yes, but they are significantly lower than penetrative.

However when using toys I expect condoms to be changed between uses on different people just like I do when men change partners.

As for kissing you can only catch the herpes virus through saliva exchange (ie coldsores) stds are passed orally if there is an open wound not through saliva.
