This is an accepted definition, without the sexual context It would be friendship

In law, to be commited of a crime you have to have both the Actus Reas (criminal act) and the Mens Rea (criminal thought or intention)..... Obviously that is an exceedingly broad generalisation. So it could be argued, without the actual act, you are not swingers. A peadophile however is still a peadophile if they only look at pics on line. So if you both get off by looking at pics of other swingers then knock your socks off, swing away. Besides, it's only a label.... I'm an astronaut

as said before we have classed ourselves as swingers for many years but on no ocasion have we fucked others ... we have watched played fiddled but not fucked ... was just curiouse as to if that classed us still as "swingers" ... interesting points made by lovely peeps to date

I know couples who go to clubs just ths social aspect they call themselves the worst swinger but the enjoy the company and the socail side. Swinging isnt just about sex. Its a midset people forget that!

Then by most people's definitions your into soft swing which still makes you swingers , just because you don't have penatrive sex with others doesn't make you a nonswinger
