"Are there regulations that prevent it? Or do the manufacturers just choose not to advertise?" It's probably the latter!! The manufacturers should be more proactive.. I believe Central Government should be more active in working with the lead manufacturers on this front.... | |||

I just don't understand why we don't have condom tv commercials on the mainstream tv channels... It's not like we live in the world of 20 years ago where if the word arse was aired on Radio 1 an apology was forthcoming..." Are you talking about the government subsidising the cost so condom manufacturers can more easily afford prime time costs as there are already late night adds running already? | |||

No I'm not stating the Government should offer any financial support. They should work with the big players to encourage them to advertise earlier in the evening/day unless there are regulations stopping them...
