I have flown to New Zealand for a meet, 3 days to get there, 1 day there and 3 days back, Best experience of my life, and he comes to visit every year on the anniversary of our first meet.

besides that one extravagance I will now only meet within 5 miles of my postcode, there are plenty of people close to each of us, but the grass always seems greener at a distance

Absolutely depends on the person and if I have met them before.

I have travelled 100s of miles just to go to a social and catch up with friends.

Depends on the person. I've taken days off work for meets only to have been let down so a bit more sceptical now

Bristol

We would travel quite a distance...furthest so far has been Cornwall, but we'd be prepared to journey up north, etc. as long as everyone has a great time, it's fine.

There is not too much happening around Bristol though, it seems. If there was a hotbed of lustful activity on our doorstep it might be different

Have travelled to the States for a meet. I was already heading there anyway so maybe it doesn't count.

Within the UK, i once went to Newcastle for a meet while i lived in London.

For a social meet 100m, but I've really pushed my boundaries and travelled just under a mile! For play meets, as far as my front door, but I've been two miles down the road recently. I used to travel hundreds of miles for weekend long visits: I can no longer be arsed truth be told.

I'm getting on a bit, I'll be spending time on my back for long periods soon enough, time to enjoy friends and family...whilst I can recognise them!

It depends how well we know the person. If it's a casual first meet or a social, maybe 50 - 100 miles.

If its someone we've known for a while, met elsewhere etc, the only limitation is time and money... we both work full time so flitting off to the south would be awkward at a moments notice.

I travel to Liverpool by myself for a meet because it is someone that i meet often (over night or a weekend) but Ted and I will travel the length and breath of Briton for a good social/play

Other wise it is in within a 20 mile radius for the guys in my area....

Scotland - Aberdeen

I suppose the further North you get, makes a big difference as the main towns/cities up here are:

Aberdeen - Dundee 1 hour

Aberdeen - Perth 1.5 hours

Aberdeen - Edinburgh 2 - 2.5 hours

Aberdeen - Glasgow 2.5 - 3 hours

My regular friend is from Glasgow, and he comes to me, overnight of course, but I have seen him now for over 2 years, so I suppose it does depend on who you are meeting

It depends on what and who im travelling for and where we're meeting
