Are you really bring fair calling it lame? I really struggle for time and really only get the opurtunity to play every second weekend and would hate to think anybody thought my life, my children or my work constituted a lame excuse | |||

To me you are ing out the time wasters...if they can't make conversation for a couple of days in order to get a meet then how much effort are they willing to put in once they've got the meet! I've had to chat to some for a week or so whilst we both found time to meet (one took nearly a month to arrange!). If they can't respect that I have a life outside of FAB then sod em...plenty out there that can! | |||

Always worth it. can never arrange a quick meet and have many that stop chatting after a few days or so. I don't see them as timewasters, just someone not compatible with my way of meeting. | |||

I don't think there is any foolproof way to avoid timewasters, a lot of it is just going with your gut. I have done both email tennis and relatively short time between messages and meets, mainly due to availability and have had mixed results from both, but the good ones my gut initially told me where going to be fun. The most annoying ones for me are the guys that push abd push for a meeting, you arrange a time and place and they don't show with no reason given | |||

"Do think fab could do more, verifications are all good but not really enough, I have few female friends on here that have been let down by no show blokes, yes the women can bloke them but be better if could maybe warn other uses about them. I know are times when things come up and have to cancel unfortunate but true, but how about this site having a facility of maybe warning other users. Not only blokes that let women down I understand, and don't mean to single out, just heard and read of quite a lot of women having no shows recently " A fine idea but open to abuse. | |||

If they had to wash their hair, look after a sick cat or if they couldn't miss tonight's Corrie then fair enough. | |||
