to bolster this, some guys my self included cant always tell what kind of load will appear, if im really worked up then head and eye protection should probably be worn how ever if a quick play is on the cards its all very much a sedate expulsion, that being said i cant always warn of an impending strike before hand. maybe i should use a def-con system of coloured lights
